Netthida Kachenkul (Bam) is a contemporary artist based in Bangkok, Thailand. Kachenkul was born in 2000 and was raised in a rural village in Buriram. Her art journey has been started since 2017 when she was a 17 high school student.
Beyond her studying science and mathematics at school, Kachenkul spent most of her leisure time drawing and was given a lot of compliments from the classmates and teacher during her art class. After her diploma accomplishment in 2019, Kachenkul continued her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Architecture, Fine Arts Department, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang which she decided to dropped out of the program after a week of studying due to her health concerns treatment.
Later in 2020, Kachenkul had an opportunity to re-admission and pursue her higher education in Computer Science at the Faculty of Applied Science, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. However, her passion for drawing and the dream of having a career in art community was always distracting her study. Kachenkul made the final decision and took the entrance exams in art schools. The following year, her hard work paid off and she was accepted to study art again at the Visual Art Department, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Srinakharinwirot University. Kachenkul successfully graduated in 2025 after 4 years of learning, exploring and embracing her artistic style.
